Last week, Imageepoch's first self-published title, Final Promise Story for the PSP, shipped in Japan with an extra disc featuring all kinds of video for their second self-published title, Black*Rock Shooter: The Game. Also a PSP RPG, Black*Rock Shooter is due out later this summer, but we haven't heard much on it since showing you a couple of trailers. Based on an anime of the same name, Black*Rock Shooter takes place in 2051 with an alien invasion that leaves only twelve humans alive.

But now we've got a handful of new media. Black*Rock Shooter: The Game has a White Premium Box which includes a White Rock Shooter Figma figure, an artbook and soundtrack CD - all for 10,479 yen ($130.18 US). Retail copies of the game also contain a super-deformed White Rock Shooter figure. The regular edition at retail will run 6279 yen ($78 US), or 5600 yen ($69.57 US) for a digital download. In our gallery below you'll find the packaging for both editions, plus 11 new screenshots.

Black*Rock Shooter: The Game is out in Japan on August 25th.
