North American Physical Release of AI: The Somnium Files Delayed To September 24th
Manufacturing delays and increased demand have caused some setbacks.
After its initial delay from July to September, AI: The Somnium Files has once again been hit with a brief delay. In this case, due to increased demand and manufacturing delays, the physical PS4 and Switch editions of the game won't be available until September 24th. The digital release (on Steam, the PlayStation Network, and the Nintendo eShop), is unaffected and will still launch on the 17th as planned.
According to Spike Chunsoft, the company "appreciates the community's understanding and will continue to work hard to deliver the best products possible." Hopefully, if you're looking to own a physical copy of AI: The Somnium Files, waiting a few extra days won't be too big a deal. Just... be wary of spoilers online, yeah?
