With Cyberpunk 2077 fast approaching, all eyes are on Polish developer CD Projekt Red to see what the studio is cooking up next. According to CD Projekt Red, "managing two separate major franchises (The Witcher and Cyberpunk), along with several independent development teams, enables the company to conduct parallel work on several projects and smoothen its long-term release schedule." The company notes that sales of The Witcher 3 remain strong, having increased in the first half of 2019 over a similar timeframe in 2018.
