Square Enix Details Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers Patch 5.05
Warrior of darkness, there is more to be done.
Square Enix recently released Patch 5.05 for Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers, the recently released expansion pack for the beloved MMORPG. This latest update brings a bunch of new content to the game: you can find the complete patch notes here, but for now, let's go over some of the highlights.
One of the biggest additions in Patch 5.05 is the Savage difficulty of Eden's Gate, allowing players to challenge an even more grueling version of this raid. A new instanced dungeon, Dungeons of Lyhe Ghiah, has also been added, allowing up to eight players to explore and find rare loot.
A new Tomestone has also been added, Phantasmagoria can be used to buy all-new gear for Disciples of both War and Magic. A number of new crafting recipes have been added, including updates to both Free Company Crafting and Subaquatic Voyages. There are also a variety of battle action adjustments, other tweaks and balances, and so much more.
Additionally, the annual Moonfire Faire event is set to take place on August 7th, with a number of rewards available to players who participate. More info is available on the Lodestone.
