Cult Classic Alpha Protocol Removed from Steam
Because of music rights, apparently. 06.22.19 - 11:03 PM In a saddening turn of events for lovers of espionage, Obsidian's Alpha Protocol has recently been removed from Steam following the expiration of rights to certain music tracks used in the game. Players who own the game can still play it in their Steam library, it just can't be bought anymore. While Alpha Protocol received mixed reviews following its buggy release, it has since drawn fan favor with its depth of player choice and focus on an RPG genre outside of the fantasy and sci-fi mainstays.
