Square Enix Offering New English-Language Book Imprint with Penguin Random House
Expect new manga, art books, and more. 05.18.19 - 10:06 PM Square Enix has announced a new publishing deal with Penguin Random House Publisher Service. Under this new sales agreement, the company will be bringing a number of English-language manga, novels, and art books to the West, beginning in the Fall of 2019. "We are excited to have this opportunity to introduce our wide variety of books with the help of PRHPS to our new readers," says Katsuyoshi Matsuura, who serves as the Executive Officer and Vice President of Publication Business Unit at Square Enix. "We're so excited that we now have the full support from PRHPS for achieving our goals to introduce more English translated books and expand our reach to new audiences." This new book imprint will begin with the release of Final Fantasy XV: The Dawn of the Future, the tie-in novel that serves as the conclusion to the Final Fantasy XV saga, as well as a complete omnibus of the Soul Eater manga, the Hi Score Girl manga, and a comedy manga called "A Man and His Cat." |
