Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 Announced, Coming to PS4, XB1, and PC
The great World of Darkness RPG is getting a sequel. 03.22.19 - 10:44 PM The original Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines is one of the most renowned computer role-playing games of all time. Released in 2004 by the now-defunct Troika Games, Bloodlines offered unparalleled player choice set in the popular World of Darkness pen-and-paper setting. In a surprising turn of events, a sequel has been announced, and is due out in the first quarter of 2020. Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is coming to PS4, XB1, and PC courtesy of Hardsuit Labs and publisher Paradox Interactive. Lead Narrative Designer Brian Mitsoda, who previously worked on the original Bloodlines, is on hand to give the sequel a sense of authenticity. According to Mitsoda, "Our aim has been to carry on the signature themes that made Bloodlines unique — particularly its dark tone, atmosphere, and humor — and I think that fans of the original will love what we're doing with Bloodlines 2." The game is currently available for pre-order on GOG, Steam, the Paradox Store, and the Epic Store, retailing for $59.99 USD. There's also a $89.99 USD "Blood Moon Edition" that includes the game's "Season of the Wolf" season pass. Check out an announcement trailer below, as well as a list of Bloodlines 2's features.
