Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk is an adventure game with a tragic love story of a man and a woman in conflict with each other. It was well received by foreign media and is loved by otome fans. A young woman, Eiar, was born with an eye that gleams with a scarlet light. In order to avoid being persecuted as a witch, she masquerades as a boy and lives in a derelict tower on the outskirts of town. What's interesting is that the attitudes and reactions of the people around the player are clearly different how she disguises herself in the game. The players can make decisions over and over again as the game has multi-ending system so the players can explore multiple character paths and change the course of the story. In addition, the game provides a flow chart system that helps the players to continue straight into the desired chapter of the game. |
