Just before the holidays, Nintendo gave us the perfect musical gift: some free DLC for Cadence of Hyrule! This Crypt of the NecroDancer spin-off was a huge surprised when it was announced, and when Jonathan Logan reviewed it back in June this year, he absolutely adored it. We still don't have that Metroid NecroDancer game he suggested (and that I definitely want), but what we do have is Octavo's Ode, a free update that lets you play as the titular villain.

Jonathan has returned to this version Hyrule, where bopping to the beat is the name of the game, and has updated his review. If you want to find out what this new addition brings to the game, or if you missed the game or review in the first place, you can catch up right here!
