Idea Factory recently held their fifth annual press event, wherein they announced Western release dates for several games. These include Death end re;Quest, Dragon Star Varnir, Arc of Alchemist, and DATE A LIVE: Rio Reincarnation. That's a whole lot of JRPG/visual novel goodness, and there's a bunch of new media to accompany the announcements, so click the links below to see more.

First off, Death end re;Quest will be hitting PS4 in North America and Europe this February. Idea Factory released a new trailer highlighting the game's battle system during the press event, which you can watch above.

Dragon Star Varnir is also making its way to the West this Summer. We've been covering this game for a while, and it looks pretty neat: although, Idea Factory would like you to know that a couple of CG scenes have been edited for the Western release. Gasp! The horror! Marlon Brando will not stand for this! ahem We have an updated screenshot gallery for your viewing pleasure as well.

Also featured before on this very website, Arc of Alchemist is coming to the West this Summer. PS4 owners will soon be able to die into this desert-themed role-playing game. Take a look at the shiny new screenshots too!

Last, but not least, we have a brand-new visual novel/adventure game from Idea Factory. DATE A LIVE: Rio Reincarnation (not to be confused with Live A Live) will be hitting PS4 with a few edited scenes for the filthy casuals, while the RAW, UNCENSORED version for true believers will drop on Steam.
