Nintendo's Mobile RPG Dragalia Lost Gets New Screenshots & Details
Highlights from the recent Direct! 08.30.18 - 12:18 PM We get two Nintendo Directs in a row? What is this sorcery? As previously reported, Nintendo recently held a mini-Direct presentation focused on its latest mobile offering, Dragalia Lost. In case you missed the Direct proper, you can give it a watch below. Dragalia Lost is an action-RPG on mobile devices where players build a party of adventurers and set out to save the kingdom of Alberia. According to Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dragalia Lost "perfectly compliments" Nintendo's other mobile games, "while also offering something completely new." The game is an action-RPG that uses touch controls, with players swiping and tapping their screen to move, attack, and dodge. The game also has a multiplayer component that allows up to three other players to join in on the action. Neat! Of course, being a mobile game released in the Year of our Lord 2018, there is in-game currency used to summon new dragons, other characters, or special Wyrmprint accessories. Wyrmite, the first currency, is earned as a reward for completing quests, while Diamantium can be purchased with real money. The game launches in all territories on September 27th, so we'll soon find out how this all shakes out. Pre-registration is available on the game's official website. But that's not all: we have a whopping 62 new screenshots, as well as 22 pieces of artwork, in our updated gallery. So be sure to check those out!
