Persona Q2 Shows Off its Latest Character, Naoto Shirogane
Plus, some early game cutscenes and menus. 08.26.18 - 8:19 PM In typical Atlus fashion when it comes to the Persona games, we have obtained another character trailer for their new game, Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth. After seeing Junpei and Morgana, we have Persona 4's Detective Prince(ss), Naoto Shiragane. Check out the subbed trailer below, courtesy of Youtuber Lettuce Sauce. It seems Akechi has heard of Naoto, being the second generation Detective Prince himself. Next up, we have two videos that appeared on the official twitter for Persona.
It roughly translates to, "The Phantom Thieves, who were exploring Mementos, suddenly finds themselves in a city they never saw. No matter how they look at it, it isn't Mementos."
The second tweet roughly translates to, "The Phantom Thieves escaped the strange town and then reached a mysterious cinema without an exit. There, they find a quiet girl named Hikari and the manager of the theater named Nagi. It seems they also have been confined to this theater. Finally, we have another tweet showing off the party selection menu.
Translation: "In Persona Q2, with Persona 3, 4, and 5, a total of 28 people who use Persona appear. By choosing members freely, you can organize up to five parties and challenge the labyrinths! The range of tactics seems to widen with various parties!" Translations were done using Google Translate and edited by me. Also, I still only count 25 characters, even if we count Hikari and Nagi, who is left? Well, that's for another day. Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth will release on 3DS in Japan on November 29th of this year. There is no word on a western release as of now. Please check out our gallery and stay tuned for more trailers in the future. With 28 characters, they are sure to be rapid fire.
