Firewatch Developer Campo Santo Acquired by Valve

Developer Campo Santo, known for their acclaimed 2016 title Firewatch, has recently been purchased by Valve. According to Campo Santo, Valve was an "obvious match," with the two developers sharing core values. Valve intends to keep Campo Santo intact as a team, rather than dissolving the studio, and they will be relocating to Bellevue, WA in short order.
