Raise your Flags: Banner Saga 3 Coming This Summer

Indie Game publisher, Versus Evil, has announced that the final game of the Banner Saga Trilogy, Banner Saga 3, will be released this summer for PC, Mac, PS4, XB1, and Switch with mobile versions coming later this year.

Banner Saga 3 developer Stoic says this will be the final game in the trilogy, wrapping up the entire story. Those who pre-order on PC will gain access to the Dredge Ally Pack which includes a new character, several new items, and an exclusive music track from composer Austin Wintory.

In addition to the pre-order bonus, several digital versions were revealed for PC:

  • Standard Edition: The base game at $24.99 USD.

  • Deluxe Edition: The base game with the official soundtrack, digital wallpaper, world map, and "Gold Wasp" in-game title for $29.99 USD.

  • Legendary Edition: The Deluxe Edition plus the exclusive "Shadow Walker" Heroic Title, the "Petrie Clan Ring" exclusive legendary item, and the digital novel "Gift of Hadrborg." for $39.99 USD.

These digital versions have only been announced for PC so far. It is not yet known whether the console or Mac versions will have any of the above content.

Versus Evil has also announced that The Banner Saga will get a trilogy release with The Banner Saga Trilogy: Bonus Edition on XB1 and PS4. This version will have all three games, a mini art book, poster, best of soundtrack, and in-game digital item. 505 Games will be releasing a physical version, though a digital version will also be available on PC.

The Banner Saga 3 will release on PC, Mac, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on July 24th of this year. Mobile versions confirmed for a 2018 release too. Check out our gallery for the game.
