Compile Heart announced that the next Neptunia Game will be called Brave Neptunia and will be developed by the Quebec-based Artisan Studios. Artisan Studios is a new studio that specializes in creating "the highest quality 2D RPGs." The first game in their journey to create the highest quality 2D RPGs is Brave Neptunia as it will be a 2D action game. You can check out the trailer below:
As of right now, there are no announced consoles for the game but the LinkedIn of Artisan Studios mentions they specialized in Switch, PS4, and PC. A logo for XB1 and the previous consoles was also seen on the site before the announcement came up.
