New details have emerged regarding the different tools and features present in Atelier Lydie & Suelle: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting. These include the Ambitions Journal, where our heroines are able to track their tasks pertaining to alchemy, synthesis, battle, and character relations. Doing these quests can raise the twins' Atelier rank and level up their Atelier.
The synthesis system has also gotten some improvements with the introduction of new agents. These are listed below.
- Enhancing Agents: Can add new effects onto synthesized items.
- Change Agents: Causes colored titles to change into the color of that particular agent.
- Color Adjacent Agents: Changes the color of the tile and those next to it to the same color.
- Connect Agents: Changes all of the tiles connected horizontally, vertically, and diagonally to the chosen square into the same color.
- Color All Agents: Causes all tiles of the same color to change into the color of the agent.
