Relocalization Patch for Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana Now Available for PS4 and Vita

The long-promised relocalization patch for Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is now available for download on PS4 and Vita, thanks to the fine folks over at NIS America. Clocking in at 1.16 GB on PS4 and 279 MB on Vita, this patch includes completely re-recorded English dialogue, retranslated text, and changes to the names of items, enemies, bosses and other in-game terminology.

This is welcome news for Ys fans who were let down by the abysmal state of the original localization for Ys VIII.
