If a Best Buy product listing is to be believed, we'll likely be hearing a localization announcement for Dragon Quest Heroes II: The Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End on the PlayStation 4 in North America. There's no indication of a physical Vita version of the game, but perhaps this will be a similar situation to Dragon Quest Builders, where the Vita version was released digitally.
