Nothing about Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE is what we expected. Fire Emblem's Chrom is not the plucky hero, the Alliance is not an evil empire, and this is... me accidentally quoting Serenity yet again. Story of my life. Point being, when originally announced as "Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem," the final game is not at all what people thought it would be.
Word on the street is positive, however, and even if you can't wrap your head around the crazy crossover's J-idol themes, the watercolor-esque artwork is a thing of real beauty. Look at this!

Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE is coming to Wii U this Friday (!), June 24th, and you can definitely expect a review to appear at just the right time.
