Baindai Namco continues to pump out new Tales media like its nobody's business, and they show no signs of slowing down with the veritable onslaught that just transpired during their recent livestream. First up, we have a new trailer for the next entry in the series, Tales of Berseria, which provides a closer look at the protagonist, Velvet.

Bandai Namco also revealed some new details about the game, including a new character, Laiphaset. Laiphaset, pictured below, is considered to be the "light" to oppose Velvet's "shadow," and will play a large role in the games story. According to the game's developers, the theme of Tales of Berseria is "emotion and reason." The series' staple Linear Motion Battle System is getting some new features as well. With free running and a movable camera, as well as being able to assign Artes to the four face buttons and combo them together, the combat in Tales of Berseria sounds like it will be quite fluid.
