The hype is real.

The director of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and Final Fantasy XV, Hajime Tabata, recently hosted a Square Enix Presents broadcast where he went into further detail about the upcoming action-RPG spin-off, and also clarified details about the Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae demo. You can view the presentation below, as well as a new trailer for Type-0 HD that will be playing in select movie theaters.

Tabata said that he wanted to give fans that have been waiting patiently for Final Fantasy XV ever since it's Versus XIII days a chance to give the game a try. The demo will contain roughly two hours of content for an average playthrough, with more for those who really explore all that it has to offer.

There is a bit of a catch, as Episode Duscae will only be available for an unspecified time. Tabata said that they were still deciding a time-frame, and this would give fans more incentive to pick up Type-0 HD in order to receive a demo voucher.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is due out in the US on March 17, 2015, for the PS4 and XB1.
