According to the product page on the official PlayStation Asia site, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will include English and Japanese voices (and subtitles) in all versions of the game. No matter where you buy the game from you will have access to both English and Japanese languages in full.
The game will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17th in North America, March 19th in Japan, and March 20th in Europe. In case you missed it, head over here to see the latest trailer.
