The man who created Final Fantasy Tactics wants to make sure they everyone knows that he will not be directing Unsung Story, the ambitious strategy game currently in development at California based tabletop game publisher, Playdek.

Recently, Matsuno took to Twitter to tell fans, "Just so there's no confusion: I won't be doing the day-to-day directing, but I will be involved throughout development of Unsung Story. I am the visionary of the game, from mechanics to story. Playdek is realizing this vision with me."

The game's Director, according to the Kickstarter page, is Playdeck CEO Joel Goodman.

This shouldn't be any cause for alarm, and it's good to see that Matsuno is being completely transparent about his involvement with the title.

In the case that Unsung Heroes gets properly funded on Kickstarter, it will be developed for PC, Mac, Windows Tablets, and Linux. There are also stretch goals which will add Vita, 3DS, and PS4 to that list. There's still plenty of time left to back the project if that's something you're interested in doing.
