Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness Gains Release Date + Limited Edition
What's an RPG without a limited edition these days, anyway?
07.11.13 - 1:12 AM

It's becoming more and more commonplace for RPGs to have limited edition versions. We've seen so many of them announced this year, from Tales of Xillia, to most recently, Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster.

NIS America is no stranger to limited edition offerings anyway, and they're continuing that tradition with Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness. Before we get to that though, the game also just received an official release date: October 8th! That's for North America; Europe gets D2 on September 27th. And if you're going to want the pretties below, you might want to get those pre-orders in.

So. Via NISA's online store, there's going to be two limited versions of Disgaea D2 available. Both sets contain a full-color hardcover art book, 2-disc soundtrack, collector's box, 5 collector's art cards, and mini figurines of heroines Etna and Flonne. The one difference? The pricier of the two (at $104.99 USD) also contains a hardcover strategy guide. The limited edition without the guide is available for $84.99.

Of course, if you just want Disgaea D2 by itself, that will be available for $49.99. Check them out and pre-order at the NISA Online Store while they last!
