A Daedalic-developed game has received this award before, and for good reason: they're creating some of the most lovingly crafted, artistic, and enchanting point and click adventures around. The Night of the Rabbit, their latest, is no exception. With a larger world and longer playtime than most other graphic adventures, The Night of the Rabbit offers a dense, theme-thick narrative about a boy who follows his dreams of being a magician to another world. That world, Mousewood, is inhabited by anthropomorphic mice, squirrels, lizards, and moles as well as various other mysterious entities that help tell a tale of magic, childhood wonder, and the power of stories themselves. The Night of the Rabbit is a gorgeous addition to Daedalic's ever-growing catalog of excellent adventures.
