Our Playstation Vitas have seen a lot of use this fall, thanks to an influx of quality titles like last month's Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward. The excellence continued into November with the release of Persona 4 Golden, an extraordinarily polished revamp of a game that already oozed quality. Every aspect of the original game was dialed up to 11 in this version, making it more of a "Persona 4.5" than a simple port. If you've never played a Persona title before, don't be afraid to jump in; its school-sim-meets-dungeon-crawler-meets-murder-mystery setup is easy to understand and dangerously engrossing. With superb music and visual design, addictive combat, a fleshed-out story, and oodles of extras, Persona 4 Golden is both a fan's dream come true and a perfect entry point to the lauded series. We face out, we hold out, and we reach out to the truth with this shining example of the RPG genre.
