Konami Announces Two Major RPGs at Gamers Day
01.10.04 - 4:25 AM

At its Gamers' Day event in San Francisco's Metreon, Konami showed off its 2004 line-up for the North American market. Among the announced titles were the company's two high-profile RPG releases for 2004, Suikoden IV and Ys VI: The Arc of Napishtim. As reported last month, Konami Digital Entertainment has obtained the exclusive rights to bring the sixth installment of Nihon Falcom's flagship series of PC action RPGs to next generation consoles in winter 2004. While the game has been confirmed to be available worldwide, Konami has yet to specify its target platforms.

The Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo-developed Suikoden IV for PlayStation 2 will be available in the US sometime in fall 2004.
