Bravely Default II Revealed at The Game Awards 2019

Tonight during The Game Awards, one of many world premiere trailers was promised to be a surprise... and it certainly was, in more ways than one. Teased with the developer logos of Team Asano and Claytechworks, known for their work on the Bravely games, Square Enix is bringing the third game in the Bravely series to Nintendo Switch in 2020. And you know, really, what other series could get away with calling their third game Bravely Default II?

...Okay, fair point. Still, Bravely Default II looks gorgeous, and the trailer confirmed one other bit of great news. After Ryo's contributions on the Bravely Second soundtrack, Bravely Default II will bring composer Revo back, whose work on Bravely Default is just legendary. We're very excited for more Revo.
