New Wargroove DLC Announced

Earlier this year, tactical RPG Wargroove released to amazing critical reception. Combining and refining some of the best elements of strategy RPGs, Wargroove even managed to acquire one of our critically acclaimed "Editor's Choice" awards here at RPGFan! Today, we're excited to report that a brand new DLC campaign for the title, called Wargroove: Double Trouble, an exciting new co-op campaign which will be releasing for free in the near future!

In Wargroove: Double Trouble, players will be able to play with the brand new Outlaw Commanders, a unique group led by the mighty Wulfar, the troublesome twins Errol and Orla, and the maleficent Vesper. After a series of unfortunate events the Outlaw Commanders are left with no choice but to pull of the biggest heist Aurania has ever seen! With the help of two brand new units, thieves and riflemen, will you go down in infamy, or spend the rest of your days in a jail cell? Designed with co-op play in mind, Wargroove: Double Trouble can be played with couch co-op, online multiplayer, or even single player if you so choose!

In addition, Wargroove: Double Trouble also includes brand new Arcade Missions, new competitive online Quick Play maps, new map editor features, and the ability to turn public and private online multiplayer lobbies into custom campaigns! While we don't have an official release date for the upcoming DLC, Chucklefish assures us that it will be releasing soon, alongside a patch which will include balance adjustments to playable units and commanders.
