While we've had a spin-off from Telltale Games and a Pre-Sequel, there hasn't been a numbered entry in the Borderlands series since 2012. Gearbox surprised and delighted fans this year when they announced Borderlands 3, and its huge spot at E3 2019 was impressive. But with a messy Windows launch and various technical issues on consoles, just what does Borderlands 3 do right? Not much, by the sounds of it.
