Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Now Available For Pre-Order & Second Playable Character Confirmed
Find the moon, find the night! 05.30.19 - 10:07 PM The night is slowly coming, and fans be excited, for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is now available for pre-order on all platforms, in line for its eventual release next month. Originally funded for development in 2015, via Kickstarter, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is industry luminary and former Castlevania producer Koji Igarashi's project, helped in development by DICO, ArtPlay and WayForward. Stylish and suave, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is set to have a bevy of features on launch day, including both a Boss Rush mode, Nightmare Mode (harder difficulties) a Speedrun mode, New Game +, cheat codes, a gargantuan boss fight starring Igarashi himself. DLC has also been confirmed for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, post-launch, highlighting local and online co-op for certain modes, a roguelike mode, Chaos mode, Classic mode and Boss Revenge mode, as well as two additional characters. One such character has been confirmed, via a stylish new trailer. Check it out below! A main character within the prequel spin-off game Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon, released last year, Zangetsu's hatred of demons knows no bounds, within the realms of man. Players will be able to control both him, his sword, and a chain hook, giving mobility and strength in equal measure. As it stands, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night seems to be well worth the wait, and something that players will be able to sink some good time into, come June 18th, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC systems, via GOG and Steam.
