New Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Trailers Showcase Old and New Tricks
The claw! 05.28.19 - 8:49 PM Capcom has released a trio of new trailers for Iceborne, the upcoming expansion for Monster Hunter: World, showcasing the Long Sword, Great Sword and the Clutch Claw. Slashing, charging and dashing is on full display here, with wonderful long-reaching combo strings leading into some aerial pile-driving. Full-body swinging and high-damage combos are the Great Swords game, showcasing its power within one of the new snow-filled environments within Iceborne, against a new monstrous foe. A new addition to the Slinger from Monster Hunter: World, the Clutch Claw allows players to grapple and zoom forward onto the monster, setting up air-combo strings as well as causing stun conditions to monsters, via well-placed blows. As it stands, Iceborne is shaping up to be a wonderful addition to Monster Hunter: World, showcasing both its new climates, monsters and methods in which to hunt them.
