The mobile port for Stardew Valley is being handled by The Secret Police, a mobile development studio based in London, and a host of mobile-centric improvements have been confirmed. Notably, players will have the ability to save at any time, utilize a pinch-zoom function to gain better views on their farm, and a virtual joystick that will launch as a fully customizable option to streamline play.

The Android release will also be playable in Turkish, Korean, Italian, and French, with lingual support totaling up to ten different languages. These languages will also be coming to iOS and console editions of Stardew Valley in a future update.

This edition of Stardew Valley will retail for $7.99 (USD) and its equivalent regional pricing on the Google Play Store. Pre-registration for the game is also available now, as of this writing.

Personally, Stardew Valley presents a beautiful idyllic timesink, and I'm glad that more people, in more languages, will get the opportunity to play it. If you're curious about what RPGFan thought of Stardew Valley, check out our review, penned by Jesse Woo, RPGFan alumni.

Stardew Valley is available for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS devices, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch.
