Meet the Characters of Left Alive in New "The Survivors" Trailer
Wait, do you mean... METAL GE-- No, it's... this is different. But there's still big mechas. 11.14.18 - 10:01 AM There's only one thing more exciting than Square Enix finally dipping its toes back into the Front Mission universe, and that's having Kojima Productions / Metal Gear artist Yoji Shinkawa on board for character design. Of course, you're here today because you want to see the new Left Alive trailer, not learn of my artistic heroes. In this new trailer, titled "The Survivors," we meet Rutenian staff sergeant Mikhail, along with Olga of the Nova Slava police, and Leonid, a former member of a group of rebels known as the NGFP liberation movement. With Leonid framed for murder and sentenced to death, I'm going to guess he's going to have a rough time out there. We're sure to see plenty more of Left Alive in the coming months, but we're hoping for good things – Front Mission's world has been quiet for far too long. Left Alive hits PlayStation 4 and Steam on March 5th, 2019 for $59.99 USD. On both platforms, a Day One Edition will include a variety of bonus digital content such as weapons and armor, with the Steam version including music samplers and wallpaper. And, of course, there's the Left Alive: Mech Edition for PS4 below. This beefy pack contains a posable VOLK action figure, some more of that bonus digital content, plus a stunning Steelbook game case and 80-page hardcover artbook. I don't have room for another figure, but I do want that book... UPDATE: We've added a dozen new screenshots to our Left Alive gallery. Click through for them all, but here's a taste: |
