Mario Kart 8 Deluxe update version 1.6.0 has arrived for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, seemingly out of nowhere, bringing plenty of goodies for Legend of Zelda fans with its Breath of the Wild crossover.
Hit the track as Breath of the Wild Link, complete with his Champion's Tunic and Ancient Sword, the Master Cycle Zero bike, brand new Ancient Tires, and the Paraglider accessory. Check out these unexpected new additions in the trailer below!
In addition to the more exciting add-ons, the full patch notes for the update vaguely promises gameplay improvements.
The new update, including Breath of the Wild Link and the Master Cycle Zero, is available for free in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.
