SEGA just keeps on rolling out the news this weekend. The house of Sonic has revealed that the first Valkyria Chronicles is headed to Nintendo Switch this fall. Tentatively titled "Valkyria Chronicles for Nintendo Switch," this version includes all of the original DLC, making it functionally-identically to the PS4's Valkyria Chronicles Remastered.
Valkyria Chronicles for Nintendo Switch releases this fall on the eShop for 1990 yen. However, buying Valkyria Chronicles 4 on Switch will net players a coupon that will allow them to pick up VC1 for a mere 500 yen (~$5 USD)!
The bad news, for players in Japan, is that VC4 for Switch has been delayed until the fall. For North American and European players — as far as we know right now — the title is still on track for a fall release on Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
