More great RPGs coming to PS4.

Granblue Fantasy is one of the biggest mobile games around in Japan; it's so huge that it's making the jump to traditional consoles with help from the masters at PlatinumGames. Publisher Cygames has unveiled a lengthy gameplay video for this new title, Granblue Fantasy Project Re:Link in which we get a good look at one of the large towns along with about four minutes of a battle sequence.
The HUD during the battle looks reminiscent of a BioWare style RPG but the high octane snappiness of the action is more true to the stylish gameplay Platinum Games made their name on. It will be interesting to see whether or not Granblue will get the half-baked licensed game treatment (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan) or if it will get the love and attention of Platinum's better games like (Bayonetta and NieR: Automata). The flashy battle animations and ridiculous 4000+ hit combos point to classic Platinum, so fingers crossed!
Granblue Fantasy Project Re:Link does not have a set release date but it will be coming to the PlayStation 4 eventually. Stick with RPGFan for all the latest updates on Granblue Fantasy and PlatinumGames.
