Memoria: Final Fantasy VII & VIII

Final Fantasy VII's mark on the RPG genre and gaming history can't be denied. It was a major turning point for RPGs outside of Japan, and there was good reason for it. We have a pair of Final Fantasy VII stories from two of our several Robs.

Two years later, Final Fantasy VIII would up the ante by adding things like textures to its 3D models. Progress! Today, the eighth FF game is met with a mixed reception at many family gatherings, but that very quirkiness is a core tenet in both Final Fantasy VIII Memoria entries today.
