In a year full of RPG releases, Digimon fans will have the chance to join in with Digimon Cyber Story: Hacker's Memory. We have more info on a returning character from Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, a new character debuting in Hacker's Memory and the game's battle system.
Returning from the previous title is Nokia Shiramine, a young girl with a strong sense of justice that cares for all Digimon and wishes to protect them in the digital world by forming a team called "Rebellion".
Making his debut in Hacker's Memory is Chitose Imai, an emotional hacking genius that creates his own weapons for battling in the digital world. He is also the vice leader of the hacking group, Hudie. Pictured with him is his Digimon companion Ankylomon, a brave creature based off an herbivorous dinosaur.
Lastly, the newest feature is the Territory Battle Quest System, where players will fight hackers to control larger areas of digital territory. The Territory Battle Quest System will also give players a Persona-esque opportunity to interact with team members and raise friendship levels to unlock additional items and story content.
Digimon Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory will be released for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita later this year in Japan while the rest of the world will receive a release sometime in 2018.
