Tri-Ace and Square Enix have been busy generating excitement for their smartphone RPG, Star Ocean: Amamnesis. We've already got details on many of the series' returning characters , and we've seen a gameplay video that makes me believe that this could very well be Star Ocean's comeback after a bumpy last few years . Now, we've got a gorgeous animated trailer that's filled with action and emotions. The video quickly shifts from character moments, to mournfulness, to gorgeous action done to a song by Japanese rock band Kamisama Boku wa Kizuite Shimatta. Check it out below!
We won't have to wait long to see if Star Ocean: Amamnesis lives up to the promise of its videos. The game releases in Japan later this year. A Western release is currently unknown, but we'll keep you informed!
