Fantasy Life 2 is Now Fantasy Life Online

Level-5 announced that they have renamed Fantasy Life 2: Twin Moons and the Sacred Village to Fantasy Life Online. According to the company, the follow up to 2012's Fantasy Life is being renamed to better reflect the title's gameplay as being a different experience than it's predecessor and make it more accessible to newcomers.

The game will be free to play and in-game items will cost extra. Some of the previous games features return in this title including the twelve life classes and the ability to play online with friends. A new village building feature will be introduced and is one of the game's larger focuses.

Fantasy Life Online is due in Japan later this year for Android and iOS.
