When Star Ocean: Till the End of Time (aka Star Ocean 3) came out in the US 12 years ago, RPGFan's Stephen Harris gave it a 94% in his review. He also talked about how interminable the wait had seemed between the game's original release in Japan and its arrival in the US. With a score like that, something tells me it felt worth the wait.
