Sega has announced that the 'Battle Demo Ver. 2.0' for Valkyria: Azure Revolution will launch in Japan on October 6th.
The only issue for those interested in trying it out, is obtaining one of the Battle Demo's download codes. As it stands as of writing this article, the only ways to access the upcoming demo are to have already had 'Battle Demo Ver. 1.0', to have obtained a code by playing the game on the show floor at Tokyo Game Show 2016, to participate in the Jutland Kingdom national anthem singing event in Shinjuku (this happens on October 8th so book those tickets!), or to attend one of the game's upcoming hands-on events in five Japanese cities. There is currently no word from Sega as to whether or not the company ever plans to make the demo more accessible to the public so for the most hardcore fans of the series a vacation may be in order.
Valkyria: Azure Revolution is due out for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan on January 19.
