The hot steamy nights of late summer is the best time to slip into a smoldering noir. Fortunately, NIS America and 5pb. have just the thing with Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness, an open-ended visual novel based on Urobuchi Gen's cult anime.

I've got to admit, in a year full of amazing games, this has been one of my most anticipated titles. Does this quieter release stand shoulder-to-shoulder with 2016's bigger releases? Be sure to check out my review to find out.
