Cue acid jazz soundtrack. 09.06.16 - 3:13 AM Atlus has been absolutely unstinting with Persona 5 related details and media of late, and in the run-up to the Tokyo Game Show has released several gameplay videos with promises of more on the way. This time we have videos following the protagonist as he passes time on his daily subway commute and works out in the gym The publisher has also announced two livesteam events in conjunction with TGS 2016: one on Sept. 14 at 22:27 JST (5,555 seconds before the games official release) with several of the game's voice actors, and one on Sept. 17 and 18 at 9:30 JST live from the showroom floor with voice actors, developers, and conference attendees playing the game. The game's website has also been updated with new information on characters and systems. Goro Akechi is a high school student who has also made a name for himself as a brilliant detective. His clearance exceeds that of even the professional police, earning him the appellation of "The Second Coming of the Detective Prince." Naturally he has taken an interest in the Phantom Thieves. For players worried about the difficulty, Atlus assures that the story content will not change based on difficulty setting, so feel free to choose Easy or even Safety mode. The palaces that serve as dungeons will also have "Safe Rooms," where the party can rest and save in between fights. Safe Rooms within a palace are connected, allowing them to serve as shortcuts. Finally, the Persona 5 anime called "Persona 5 The Animation: The Day Breakers" will stream on Crunchyroll in the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland.
