Weekly Jump released new information this week on the two new mysterious Tales of Berseria characters Ceres and Artorius. Ceres and Artorius were first introduced in the latest trailer, which if you missed can be viewed here.
Artorius Colbrand is a hero that has gained popularity from his actions. He has a strong sense of justice and always strives to do what is right. Ceres is a Malak with control over powerful fire magic. Originally under the command of Artorius, she eventually breaks free and helps Velvet escape her imprisonment. After this, Ceres guides Velvet on the rest of her journey. Jump also announced that the popular catering mini-game from previous Tales games will return in Tales of Berseria.
Tales of Berseria releases for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 on August 18th in Japan. A western release is scheduled for early 2017, but no specifics have been announced yet.
