Gust's Atelier Firis: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey, the next entry in the long standing Atelier series, will release on September 29th in Japan. This is known. And, the game's original soundtrack will launch the day before. To get fans excited about the upcoming game and its score, Gust has shared a new sample of the album.
The upbeat track in the video above is just a taste of the original soundtrack which will also include a vocal album when it releases on September 28th in Japan. Gust will be sharing more of these soundtrack samples with us leading up to the game and the soundtrack's release.
The original soundtrack will apparently feature more tracks than any other OST in the series, showcasing 120 tracks over four discs and original cover art by Yugen. The soundtrack will retail for ¥3,600 / $35 USD (plus tax) when it releases on September 28th.
Atelier Firis: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey will release in Japan on September 29, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
