Aksys Games announced during its Anime Expo 2016 panel that it will bring Tokyo Xanadu to North America for PS Vita and PC (via Steam) in the first half of 2017. However, there are no current plans to bring the enhanced Tokyo Xanadu eX+ Playstation 4 version of the game that is being released in Japan.
Tokyo Xanadu features a party-based real-time battle system with elements reminiscent of Persona. It too follows a group of urban teenagers who must tackle a supernatural problem.
Tokyo Xanadu is shaping up to be one of the more notable PS Vita releases and may give you a reason to dust off your Vita when the localization reaches our shores next year. Keep checking RPGFan for the release date and more screenshots below!
