Can Robert save the town in 90 minutes?

I have to admit that I'm not very familiar with Pathologic. And reading up on it in preparation for Robert Fenner's streaming session of it tomorrow left me a little less confused, but still a little unsure.
There was originally a game called Pathologic, about trying to save a town from a virus "that cannot be stopped." The developers did a Kickstarter campaign to update it, retranslate it (English is not its first language), generally beef it up for a modern audience.
But then they also released Pathologic Classic HD. It's the original with updated graphics, a new translation, new voice acting... but it's not the remake that was Kickstarted.
You know what? I'm just going to join Robert Fenner tomorrow (Sunday, 1/23) to watch him stream the game over on RPGFan's Twitch channel at noon Eastern. You should join us too. It'll be fun!
