Atlus USA has announced that Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir will be releasing in North America for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita on June 7th. The game will release in four different flavors, at four different price points:
- Storybook Edition (PS4): $79.99
- Standard (PS4): $59.99
- Standard (PS3): $49.99
- Standard (PS Vita): $39.99
The Storybook Edition is the big fancy one that includes an artbook and even a t-shirt. Atlus also took some time to describe some of the new post-game content found in this HD re-release. Once you've completed the game you will be able to play it again at a higher difficulty or play through a 30-round boss rush mode.
In the video below, you'll get to see "Mafia Kajita", who you may recognize from Persona Stalker Club, play some Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir, while a woman from Atlus talks him through it and makes treats. Don't ask. If this video doesn't make you want the game, nothing will.
A demo for Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir is available on the Japanese PSN and the full game will release there on January 14th.
